8:56 Golden Pin for James Wild MP

We are pleased to have awarded James Wild MP one of our new 8:56 Golden Pins in recognition of his outstanding support for the 8:56 Foundation, raising awareness of men's mental health and raising more than £6,000 through his 2026 London Marathon challenge.

James has been a passionate advocate for 8:56 Foundation and men's mental health, using his platform to highlight the importance of talking, reducing stigma, and ensuring more people know where to turn for support.

With every £35 funding a therapy session, the money raised by James will help provide more than 170 talking therapy sessions for men who need specialist support, creating a lasting impact across Norfolk communities.

The 8:56 Golden Pin recognises individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the Foundation's mission, and James is a thoroughly deserving recipient.

The Golden Pin Award recognises individuals who make a significant contribution to the Foundation's work, and James' fundraising and advocacy have made a lasting impact on the charity and the men it supports.

We're looking forward to awarding more over the months ahead

"We are delighted to present James with one of our new 8:56 Golden Pins. Raising over £6,000 is an incredible achievement and will fund more than 170 therapy sessions for men who need support. Just as importantly, James has helped raise awareness of men's mental health and encouraged people to start conversations that can change and save lives. We are incredibly grateful for his commitment to our cause and everything he has done to support the Foundation so far."
